Boiler service and landlord’s safety certificate.

John was servicing a boiler which he had expertly installed along with a radiator and ancillary equipment twelve months ago. I live in East Anglia but I know that I can rely upon John to do what he is asked to do in South London at the time agreed and, in the case of the major works, at exactly the price quoted. I didn’t ask for a price for this recent work because I knew that the charge would be reasonable. John is very knowledgeable about his trade and is always a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time I have used John. First to fit a couple of radiators and just recently to do a boiler service (which included some minor repair work which is why the price was slightly more than the quote for just the service). Both times John has done a great job, highly professional, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I called John on Sunday, described the problem to him and asked him for an early appointment on Monday morning. The engineer, Dan, turned up just before 8.30 with the correct parts and repaired the boiler within the hour. He was very polite and efficient, hoovered up after himself and showed us how to bleed a couple of the more tricky radiators. Altogether an excellent service at very good value. Would certainly use this company again.

After some unsuccessful experiences with two other plumbers I was relieved to have been recommended JA Powers Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Turned up on time, explained what needed to be done, did it and was respectful of my property. And friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Yet another vote for John Powers – this morning my boiler was broken and gushing water. By 3pm John had been round, gone to get necessary parts and fixed it all up and it’s working perfectly now. Six months ago I had to have the gas check done and had been told by another plumber of Goldstar Plumbing that the whole boiler would need replacing. Don’t have anything to do with them – it was a scam, I didn’t need a new boiler and John did the necessary replacements quickly and for a good price. He’s got a friendly, professional attitude, gets the work done to a high standard and one of the few plumbers I’ve met who I trust! I’d recommend him to anyone.

I got John power’s number from edf to supply and fit a new boiler and overall i thought he (and his colleague dan) did an excellent job. He came round the day I spoke to him, always returned my calls and fitted the new boiler within a couple of days. Competitive price as well.

Just another recommendation for John powers. He has fitted a new boiler for us and got rid of a creaking thirty yr old boiler. Both John and his team dealt with issues that cropped up effectively and provided a very high level of service. The new boiler is working very well. He was also reasonably priced.

And another recommendation for John/his team. One of his team just did a good job replacing an element in my immersion heater – efficient, tidy at clearing up and polite.
