I called John on Sunday, described the problem to him and asked him for an early appointment on Monday morning. The engineer, Dan, turned up just before 8.30 with the correct parts and repaired the boiler within the hour. Just another recommendation for John powers. He has fitted a new boiler for us and got rid of a creaking thirty yr old boiler. John was servicing a boiler which he had expertly installed along with a radiator and ancillary equipment twelve months ago. I live in East Anglia but I know that I can rely upon John to do what he is asked to do in South London at the time agreed and, in the case of the major works, at exactly the price quoted. I didn’t ask for a price for this recent work because I knew that the charge would be reasonable. I would also like to recommend John Powers. He came round on Saturday after my boiler stopped working on Friday night. He had the parts ready and did a great job cleaning the old system and issuing me with a certificate that no other plumbers were ready to do.
