An annual appliance service is recommended by manufacturers and has several benefits including

• Validates boiler warranty (most manufacturers warranties require an annual service).

We are able to offer Natural gas boiler services from as little as £65 + VAT.

 Landlord gas safety inspections

As a landlord you are responsible for the correct installation, maintenance and repair of all gas appliances, fittings and flues at your rental property.  You must ensure that an annual gas safety check is carried out within 12 months of the installation of a new appliance or flue which you provide and annually thereafter by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

We can offer annual Gas safety checks £70 + VAT (for two appliances, additional appliances can be inspected at the time of visit and are charged at £9 + VAT per appliance).
